I made chicken tenders today without the marinade. I will be trying the marinade soon. I just love them when fried in my skillet. So crispy and I feel like I am getting away with something. 😉😉

We marinade our chicken in pickle juice. I think it makes the meat more juicy. I stole the idea from Chick Fil A.

Have you cooked chicken breast in the slow cooker. I want shredded chicken but my old crock pot cooks way too high even on low. I think I will order this crockpot. I’ve tried Instant Pot but not really thrilled with it. Seems dry.

Paula, what is really good, taste like a pizza crust and holds up like one is Maria E's receipe you use when making a loaf of bread. Instead of a loaf of bread, you can make two large or three medium to small pizza crusts. You cook them just like you would the cottage cheese wraps. I cook these pizza crusts at 325 for 15 minutes, put the toppings on an cook another 10 to 15 minutes! Not sure if you and Ed have tried this yet with Maria E. receipe? I was really impressed with the crust because it is the first time, I could hold a piece of pizza, without it going limp, like fat head pizza crust or others like chicken crust pizza. It is also a great way to use leftover meat for a toppings too! 😊
